But I have to shut up, let me steal my money and keep the damaged article refusing to work! That's the real Bangood face, and worst of all, the people in the litigation department, they're arrogant, liars, and in bad faith! yet I am a longtime loyal customer, and I ask them for a return label provided for this purpose in case of a damaged item received, but they try to keep my money and not replace the product, and forcing me to keep a defective product!
